Ryan Walsh is a Partner at CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES where he advises individuals, families, business owners and financial institutions on a range of estate planning and administration, trust, and tax matters.
Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Ryan was a Partner at Hamilton Thies & Lorch LLP, a premier estate and tax planning law firm.
Ryan regularly speaks and writes on various estate planning, administration and tax topics including featured speaking engagements with the Chicago Estate Planning Council, CBA Trust Law Committee, the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the ISBA Federal Taxation Annual Tax Conference, and the Illinois CPA Society.
Ryan is a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council, and a Council Member of the ABA’s Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law. He has been named an Illinois Super Lawyer since 2016, an Illinois Leading Lawyer since 2017, and one of 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch in 2015.
