Beginning January 1, 2024, clients with beneficial ownership interests in entities organized with the Secretary of State will have a new reporting requirement under the Corporate Transparency Act. Priya and Tyler will discuss who is considered a beneficial owner, what personal information needs to be reported, and the deadlines imposed by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
