Choosing the right fiduciary can make all the difference in a client’s estate plan. This session will highlight the unique benefits which corporate fiduciaries bring to the administration of your client’s estate and/or trust which will include vast and diverse professional expertise, impartiality, and long-term stability.  Attendees will learn how partnering with a corporate fiduciary can enhance client outcomes, simplify trust administration, and provide peace of mind for families.

The panelists are trust officers with law practice experience and private practice estate planning attorneys who will bring unique and different perspectives on how to advise clients when corporate fiduciaries should be incorporated into a client’s estate plan and the benefits a corporate fiduciary will provide to the beneficiaries during administration of the estate and/or trust.
