Judge Brian Diamond is an Associate Judge with the DuPage County Judiciary currently handling the probate call of the Chancery Division in Court Room 2011. Judge Diamond was appointed to the bench in 2005.
Prior to serving on the bench, Judge Diamond was a Partner with the Wheaton litigation firm of Walsh, Knippen, Knight & Diamond and a former attorney with the DuPage County State’s Attorneys’ Office.
Judge Diamond is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law.
Judge Bonnie Wheaton was appointed as an Associate Judge in 1988 and was assigned to the Chancery Division in 1991. Judge Wheaton was elected as full circuit judge in 1992 and continues to hear chancery matters in Court Room 2007.
Before becoming a judge, Judge Wheaton was a partner in the Wheaton law firm of Wylie, Wheaton & Associates, P.C. where she handled general litigation matters.
Judge Wheaton is a graduate of Carleton College. After college, Judge Wheaton continued her education obtaining a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Observing the multitude of legal problems affecting the poor, Judge Wheaton decided to pursue her law degree from Lewis University (now known as the Northern Illinois University College of Law) and graduated first in her class.
