Vice President and Senior Trust Officer
Jamie Shimer has over fifteen years of experience as an attorney in private practice where she was an experienced litigator and elder law advocate and, most recently, as a fiduciary advisor specializing in the administration of trusts and estates for the elderly, minors, and disabled individuals. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law, Carbondale, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois. Jamie serves as a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Joliet. She is also an active participant in Aging Care Solutions, a professional group dedicated to offering consumers educational programs regarding all aspects of aging.
