Emma Sheehan is Executive Vice President & Chief Trust Officer of the Trust Department at FNBC Bank & Trust Wealth Management. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the trust and wealth management industry, with a strong background in both client service and operational leadership.
Before joining FNBC, Emma was a key member of the executive team at Covenant Trust Company, where she oversaw the operations, institutional, and trust departments. Her career began at Northern Trust, where she developed her foundational expertise as a Trust Officer. She later strengthened her regulatory and compliance acumen as a Trust Company Supervisor for a private trust company.
Emma earned both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Financial Planning from St. Xavier University in Chicago. She is deeply committed to her fiduciary responsibilities and consistently prioritizes her clients’ best interests.
