Michael-Anne Peck, JD, CTFA is Vice President and Chief Trust Officer at Itasca Bank & Trust Co in Itasca, Illinois. She was previously a Vice President and Trust Officer and in July 2022 was promoted to Chief Trust Officer. Michael-Anne has over twenty-five years of experience as a practicing attorney specializing in estate planning, trust administration, and real estate. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Augustana College. Most recently, Michael-Anne earned her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) certification, a professional designation offered by the American Bankers Association (ABA). Michael-Anne is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.
Michael-Anne has deep experience in handling complex trust administrations, probate estates, guardianships, and special needs trusts. As a fiduciary, it is important to Michael-Anne to try and assist families in solving difficult situations in an amicable way rather than rush to litigation. Putting the grantor’s intention first is always in the forefront of any decision made by Michael-Anne when acting as a fiduciary.
Michael-Anne strives to be an active part of the legal and fiduciary community. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues. Michael-Anne is the past chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the DuPage County Bar Association, a member of the Planned Gift Committee for Northwest Community Hospital and has been on Board of Directors for the DuPage County Estate Planning Council since 2024.
In her free time, Michael-Anne fosters animals, is an avid reader and loves to spend time with her kids. Michael-Anne and her 3 kids have fostered and found forever homes for over 150 abandoned dogs and kittens in the past 10 years.
