Ed Sherman is a partner in the Oak Brook law firm Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd. where he practices in the areas of contracts, business transactions and civil litigation in the areas of will/trust contests, contract disputes, business litigation, appeals and other areas. Ed obtained his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in 2000 where he also served on the Drake Law Review. David Gower is a partner at Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd. and focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, as well as probate and trust litigation. He earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago and his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. David has served on the DuPage County Bar Association Board of Directors, and as chair of the DCBA Estate Planning and Probate Section. David is also a U.S. Navy veteran.
